A few things you may want to know

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

Our team reviews your message and contacts you through your preferred communication channel, usually email or WeChat. Depending on your inquiry, we will provide the relevant program information, explain the next steps, or arrange a conversation about the service you're considering.

Can I speak with someone before choosing a program?

You can contact our team with any questions about SAJU and our services. For the Strategy Bootcamp and Comprehensive Partnership, we can arrange a conversation to explain the program, understand your needs, and discuss whether it is a suitable fit. Individualized student analysis is provided through the paid Admissions Diagnostic or the relevant enrolled program.

How does the Admissions Diagnostic work?

The Admissions Diagnostic is a paid session designed to evaluate the student's current position, goals, university fit, and strategic priorities. After receiving your inquiry, we will share the details and payment information. Once payment is confirmed, you can proceed with scheduling and preparation.

Do I need to complete the University Fit Assessment before contacting SAJU?

We recommend beginning with our University Fit Assessment, as it helps establish an initial picture of the student's academics, interests, and preferences. However, you are welcome to submit an inquiry directly if you have questions or would like to explore our programs.

What if my child hasn't decided on a major or target universities?

That is completely fine. Helping students explore academic directions, understand their interests, and identify suitable university environments is an important part of the SAJU process. You do not need a finalized university list before contacting us.

Do you support students who are several years away from applying?

Yes. SAJU works with students at different stages of secondary education. The strategy is adapted to the student's current profile, goals, and intended graduation timeline. Earlier-stage students may place greater emphasis on exploration and profile development, while later-stage students typically focus more heavily on university decisions and application execution.

Can you help with scholarship and financial planning?

Yes. Where relevant, university selection and application strategy take scholarship eligibility, tuition, living costs, and the family's financial considerations into account.

How are your services priced?

SAJU offers three starting points: the Admissions Diagnostic, SAJU Strategy Bootcamp, and Comprehensive Partnership. Pricing and program details are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
