Effective date: October 27, 2026
These Terms govern the use of SAJU's website and digital tools and establish general conditions for its educational consulting services.
Part I. Website and Digital Services
1. About SAJU
SAJU is a European university admissions and student development consultancy operated by:
Dos Nius Consultors I Assessors S.L. NIF/CIF: ES-B26680082 Registered address: Camí del Corb Marí 6, 4ºB, 07015 Palma de Mallorca, Spain Email: info@shuanganjiaoyu.com
SAJU provides educational counseling, university application guidance, student development support and related digital tools.
2. Application of These Terms
These Terms apply to use of the SAJU website, University Fit Assessment and related online services.
Paid counseling services are also subject to an individual service agreement, which specifies the purchased scope, fees, deliverables, duration and any additional conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
3. University Fit Assessment
The University Fit Assessment provides an initial evaluation of a student's profile in relation to selected European universities.
The assessment may consider academic performance, qualifications, achievements, extracurricular activities, university preferences, career interests and financial circumstances.
The generated Fit Report may include compatibility scores, strengths, areas for improvement, recommendations and alternative universities.
Reports are intended for informational and educational planning purposes.
SAJU does not guarantee admission to any university or program.
The percentages shown in the report are heuristic compatibility indicators and must not be interpreted as statistically validated admission probabilities.
Universities make their own admissions decisions.
4. Accuracy of Information
Users should provide accurate and reasonably complete information.
Incomplete or inaccurate responses may affect assessment results.
SAJU may update the assessment methodology, university information and related digital tools as appropriate.
5. Students and Parents
The University Fit Assessment is intended to support secondary school students and families.
Use of the assessment is subject to applicable privacy and authorization requirements.
Paid counseling agreements are entered into by the student's parent or legal guardian.
6. Report Downloads and Email Delivery
Users may download or request email delivery of their Fit Reports.
Reports may contain both assessment results and the student's original questionnaire responses.
Users should exercise appropriate care when sharing reports containing personal information.
SAJU will take reasonable measures to provide the relevant functionality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of external digital services.
7. Website Intellectual Property
SAJU owns or licenses the intellectual property associated with its website, brand, assessment tools, software and educational materials unless otherwise indicated.
Users may access these materials for lawful personal and educational purposes.
Unauthorized commercial exploitation or interference with the services is prohibited, subject to applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, submit malicious content, impersonate others or unlawfully use information obtained through SAJU's services.
Part II. Paid Educational Services
9. Programs
SAJU offers three principal service structures.
Admissions Diagnostic: A paid personalized assessment of the student's current profile, university objectives and strategic priorities.
SAJU Strategy Bootcamp: A structured advisory program focused on helping students and families clarify and validate their educational strategy.
Comprehensive Partnership: An extensive personalized counseling engagement that supports the student through relevant stages of educational development, university applications and transition planning.
The specific services included in each engagement are determined by the individual agreement.
Not every service described on the website is included in every package.
10. Contracting Party
The contracting customer is the student's parent or legal guardian.
Dos Nius Consultors I Assessors S.L. is the contracting and invoicing entity for SAJU's paid services.
The customer is responsible for accepting the applicable agreement, providing necessary authorizations and fulfilling agreed payment obligations.
11. Prices and Enrollment
Submitting a website inquiry does not create a purchase obligation.
Before entering a binding contract, the customer will receive the applicable service description, total price, taxes, payment conditions, relevant cancellation provisions and other legally required information.
The Admissions Diagnostic is paid before scheduling.
Strategy Bootcamp and Comprehensive Partnership fees and payment arrangements are confirmed through the applicable enrollment process and service agreement.
12. Admissions Diagnostic Scheduling
The Admissions Diagnostic is scheduled after the applicable payment and administrative arrangements have been completed.
Customers are responsible for attending the confirmed session and supplying reasonably requested information in advance.
SAJU will provide the session according to the agreed format and scope.
13. Admissions Diagnostic Rescheduling and Refunds
Customers may request one rescheduling of a confirmed Admissions Diagnostic without an additional rescheduling fee, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
The alternative date is subject to SAJU's reasonable availability.
SAJU may consider additional flexibility in genuine emergencies or circumstances outside the customer's reasonable control.
If a customer fails to attend, cancels with insufficient notice without an accepted exception, or uses the permitted rescheduling opportunity and subsequently fails to attend, SAJU may treat the appointment as consumed and decline a further complimentary session, subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory consumer protections.
Fees for a fully delivered Admissions Diagnostic are not voluntarily refundable unless SAJU agrees otherwise.
Refunds, cancellations and withdrawals required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Where SAJU fails to deliver a purchased service, the customer's applicable contractual and statutory remedies remain available.
14. Strategy Bootcamp and Comprehensive Partnership
Depending on the purchased scope, services may include:
● Academic and career exploration.

● Academic and extracurricular planning.
● Application strategy.
● Essay and interview guidance.
● Scholarship planning where appropriate.
● Counselor coordination.
● Specialist mentoring and project development where included.

The individual service agreement determines the scope, deliverables, schedule, duration and payment arrangements.
15. Counselor Matching
Where included, SAJU assigns or matches students with counselors based on relevant factors such as the student's profile, interests, needs and counselor availability.
SAJU may arrange a suitable replacement counselor where reasonably necessary to maintain service continuity.
Access to a particular named counselor is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
16. Flagship Projects and Specialist Mentoring
Eligible students may participate in specialist projects coordinated with relevant mentors, depending on the purchased program and their individual circumstances.
Participation depends on suitability, academic direction, available development time and mentor availability.
Specific project deliverables and any agreed reference-letter arrangements must be recorded in the applicable service agreement.
A mentor's recommendation does not guarantee admission or represent an institutional endorsement unless expressly authorized by the relevant institution.
17. Professional Connections
SAJU may facilitate conversations with external professionals to support exploration of academic and career interests.
Such opportunities depend on student suitability, professional availability and the purchased service scope.
Any necessary disclosure of student information will be subject to appropriate authorization and the Privacy Policy.
18. Post-Admission Support
Where included, SAJU may assist with enrollment preparation, visa-related guidance, accommodation considerations, relocation planning and adjustment to university life.
SAJU cannot guarantee visa approvals, housing availability, or outcomes controlled by universities, public authorities or independent providers.
19. Customer and Student Responsibilities
Students and families should cooperate reasonably with their counselors, provide accurate information, attend agreed sessions, respond to necessary communications and respect relevant deadlines.
SAJU undertakes to provide the agreed services with reasonable professional care and diligence.
20. Educational Outcomes
SAJU helps students make informed educational decisions, develop meaningful capabilities and prepare competitive applications.
We cannot guarantee admission to a particular university or program, scholarship awards, financial aid decisions, immigration outcomes, employment or future career results.
Independent institutions retain responsibility for their own decisions.
21. Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Where a consumer has a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract, that right remains unaffected.
For relevant contracts covered by Spanish and EU consumer law, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 calendar days from contract conclusion, subject to applicable exceptions.
Where a customer expressly requests that a service begin during an applicable withdrawal period, the customer may be required to pay a lawful proportion of the service already provided if they subsequently exercise the withdrawal right.
The withdrawal right may cease when a service has been fully performed if the legal requirements for prior express consent and acknowledgment have been satisfied.
SAJU will provide the relevant information and obtain any necessary confirmations before the applicable service begins.
22. Cancellation and Early Termination of Longer Programs
Cancellation, early termination, completed work, fees and any applicable refunds for the Strategy Bootcamp and Comprehensive Partnership will be governed by the relevant individual agreement and mandatory law.
Fees already lawfully earned for services delivered remain payable.
Any additional cancellation conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits remedies available when SAJU fails to perform its contractual obligations.
23. Student Projects and Intellectual Property
Original work created by a student during a supported project generally remains the student's intellectual property, subject to any pre-existing third-party rights and specific project arrangements.
SAJU and participating mentors may be granted a non-exclusive license to display selected project materials, describe outcomes and present appropriate project case studies, as specified in a separate written project agreement or authorization.
Such permission may provide for continuing promotional use, subject to applicable law, any agreed limits, and the student's or other relevant individuals' rights.
Publication of identifiable photographs, videos, testimonials or other personal information requires appropriate authorization.
24. Testimonials and Publicity
SAJU may invite students and families to participate in testimonials, photographs, videos or case studies.
Identifiable promotional use is subject to appropriate authorization explaining the relevant materials, purposes, media and duration.
Participation in optional promotional activities is not required to receive ordinary counseling services.
25. Confidentiality and Digital Platform
SAJU handles student and family information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Students and families should protect their platform credentials and respect the confidentiality of proprietary counseling materials and information concerning other students.
Platform access may be subject to maintenance, technical changes and appropriate usage restrictions.
26. Third-Party Services
SAJU may coordinate activities involving universities, mentors, professional contacts and other independent providers.
Third-party decisions and independently provided services remain subject to the relevant provider's terms and responsibilities.
This provision does not exclude liability SAJU cannot legally exclude.
27. Liability
SAJU will provide the contracted services with reasonable professional care and diligence.
To the extent permitted by law, SAJU is not responsible for outcomes resulting solely from inaccurate information provided by customers, independent third-party decisions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
