Henry

Henry specializes in working with high-potential students who need structure and decisive guidance throughout the university application process, particularly those interested in business, entrepreneurship, and international career paths.

His transition into university counseling was driven by personal experience. While his own son simultaneously went through the demands of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and applied to university abroad, he witnessed firsthand how stressful and unclear the process can become, even for highly capable students and supportive families.

Despite wanting to help his son, the lack of time to properly evaluate options and the absence of structured guidance made the experience far more difficult than it needed to be, leading to missed opportunities. That moment shaped how he approaches this work today.

Outside of his work, Henry enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, observing wildlife, and exploring music and the arts. He is deeply family-oriented and values simplicity and cultural roots, while maintaining a global perspective.

Henry came to university counseling after experiencing the application process closely as a parent and seeing how difficult it can become for capable students and supportive families when structure, time, and clear guidance are missing.

Henry works particularly well with analytical students who tend to overthink and with high-potential students who benefit from structure, decisive guidance, and accountability.

He is especially well suited to students interested in business, entrepreneurship, and international career paths.

As a counselor, Henry is known for bringing momentum into the process. He helps students develop strong decision-making skills and accountability, challenges them when needed, and pushes them to define what they want and why.

Families working with Henry can expect honesty and a high level of involvement. He builds strong, trust-based relationships with both students and parents, and ensures that everyone knows what is happening and why at every stage.

Thanks to his professional background across Europe and China, Henry understands how different families approach decision-making, which allows him to communicate clearly and align expectations.

Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE, as well as a specialization in the tourism industry from the University of the Balearic Islands.

He brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience across multiple industries and international markets. Throughout his career, he has driven growth across both European and Chinese markets, developing a deep understanding of how people think, communicate, and make decisions across cultures.
